I would be pleased beyond my wildest dreams. Infinity Primus speakers are a product of Infinity’s commitment to best in class signal quality. Have you heard of an anachoic chamber? This chamber measures signal in multiple phases, dimensions and directions. Statistical data is the printed on how musical the speakers dispersion sample transmits throughout the room. The result, is technically measurable and quantifiable signal from your speaker system. This is the administer Infinity speakers must go through, if they do not meet muster, they don’t see light of day. Please see the link below.

Infinity speakers are renowned for speaker efficiency and full spectrum signal that saturates the listener with much like. lol. I would urge that you add the mini watt amp to the center speaker only. The net effect is that your center channel speaker will be out in front, just like a live act on stage, or the cinema presence and signal at the movies. Take a look at what I am referring to below.

As long as your speaker’s room is close to or matches the output of the Sony receiver, the system is within range of assembly its full sonic potential to movies, games and music. You have an outstanding speaker system for the cash. Sure their are better, but very few at the price top of the Primus 162 speakers.

Delight in.

If you’re going to go all out get a Marantz receiver. Harman/Kardon, Denon, Onkyo, Yamaha, or Pioneer would also be better. Sony’s not terrible even if. I’ve owned stuff from all and from experience the others have been higher quality, albeit more pricey. Marantz is my pet.

The speakers look splendid. Bowers & Wilkins are my pet, but they are a lot more pricey for not much more, and I know Infinity’s are damn excellent too.

2 as there are much better choices. Sony does not build a high quality component, mainly there receiver’s. Marantz & Denon build a much better receiver both in quality of gears used and signal quality.

Infinity in the 80′s used to build some splendid speakers, now there are to many other companionship’s that offer much more performance for the cash. Vandersteen for develop has always been highly regarded in the hi-end industry.

I always urge going to your local independent hi-end audio video pile as they carry better gear and have salesmen that much more knowledgeable to help you top a high quality system.

This is a very subjective inquiry. If you question me, a tone deaf guy who cannot tell the difference between $ 100 and $ 10,000 speakers, I say your complex is heavy-handedness. If you question my brother-in-law who is a A/V freak who just spend as much as a Lexus on gear only in his media room, he probably says it’s mid-level since it’s SONY. I can even pronounce the names of his speaker and receivers. I have grown-up Denon receiver (to me it signal pretty excellent), 2 infinity tower speakers and a JBL center channel. This is a very low end complex but I am fine with it. Just half of the max volume of the receive is excellent enough to bring my roof down. But then again, my whole house is in this area the size of my brother-in-laws kitchen so you can imagine how huge his media room is. What it comes down to is whether you like it or not. Nobody is going to give you the answer you want. If you question 10 public, you will get 10 different answers.
